“Look, there is water. What is to prevent my being baptized?”
-Acts 8:36
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is for people who are seeking to become members of the Catholic Church, both baptized Christians of other denominations and those who have never been baptized.

RCIA lasts from September until Holy Saturday of the next year and provides education and formation on living a Christian life, with the reception into the Church at the Easter Vigil Mass.

Please call the Parish Center to register at 773-561-3546.

Sacraments of Initiation

Adults who were baptized as Catholics but never received the sacraments of First Confession, First Communion and/or Confirmation should also enroll in RCIA. Please call the Parish Center at 773-561-3546 for more information.

Children over age seven who have been baptized a Catholic and wish to receive these sacraments should have their parents contact Candido Reyna, coordinator of religious education at 773-443-7263 or ccdprogram.saintimt@gmail.com
